Losing weight too fast can be harmful to your health. Fasting fad diets or diet pills are some of the ways that can be used for quick weight lose. The only thing is that these methods can cause harmful health repercussions. Diet devoid of salt

This quick weight lose eliminates any trace of salt from your meals. It’s aimed at eliminating all water retained in the body. No processed foods are allowed and anything with sodium is prohibited. No eating out for the duration of the diet. Drinking a lot of water to return more water in your body. Green tea is also allowed in medium amounts. This diet must not be followed for more than two weeks not unless through the doctors instructions.

Water diet

Drinking a lot of water per day especially cold refrigerated water (about eight cups) is advised in this diet. The water should be drunk plain with nothing put in it. Due to the frequent urination a multivitamin should be taken daily to replace lost nutrients. A glass of water should be taken before every meal even snacks so as to make you feel almost full therefore control the amount you are able to eat. Despite it being a quick weight lose programme never replace meals with water.

Diet from cabbage soup

It is said to be able to help lose ten pounds in a single week. Works very fast and lasts for up to seven days but it is not for long term use. You may receive fruits and vegetables in small portions as well as meat and rice occasionally but the main component of this diet is cabbage soup that is specially prepared. It’s a high fiber diet.

Juice fast

This type of diet lasts for only a day to three at the most. To eliminate toxins and large amounts of water from the body these juices should be taken. No solid meals can be taken apart from vegetable and fruit juices. In some cases you can take one meal daily while in others you are supposed to take vitamins to supplement your nutrients.

Lemonade diet

This is a diet that involves only liquids. A special mixture of cayenne pepper, water, maple syrup and lemonade are consumed at a rate of up to 12 glasses per day. An optional salt water flush can be put into this diet. Twice daily a cup of herbal laxative tea should be taken. This quick weight lose  is more like a cleanser rather than for weight loss. It should be taken for the shortest period possible.
