Moderate eating
Learning to eat in moderation and stuffing yourself can be very tricky especially if you are used to excessive eating. In a diet programme all groups of foods have to present but in moderate measures i.e. carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins. It is important to think of certain food as a no go zone. The moment you alienate these foods it is natural to have a craving for them. If you feel like eating these foods, start by doing so in small portions. When it comes to serving meals try and serve a smaller portion than you normally eat. You can even use smaller plates so the food doesn’t seem so small. To have a diet programme at the beginning you have to burn more calories than you take.
