You should start by practicing as a first move, include the low calorie, high volume and nutritious vegetables like, fibrous and green vegetables in your meals. This makes you fit without making you fat, also, it has been seen that plant-based foods reduce your addition to food and overeating. Even though you have food intake 5 times a day, keep it to a balanced, nutritious diet and eat sensibly.
