Blast That Fat And Lose Weight In 2 Weeks
If you’re serious about shedding pounds fat fast – then you’ve only really got three options.
Eat a lot less
If you think that you are overweight at the moment and want to lose weight in 2 weeks then you either have to eat a lot less food than normal or change the kind of food that you are currently eating in order to lose weight in 2 weeks. Obviously you can’t just stop eating! Not an option. But with some clever planning and a little effort you can reduce your calorie intake easily, or replace some high calorie foods you currently eat with food containing fewer calories. Foods that are high in protein are good for you, as are whole foods and can help you lose weight fast.
Exercise a lot more
Doing exercise helps burns calories. The right kind of exercise and the right intensity will see you eliminating that extra weight fast. There are many activities that are great for losing weight and you don’t always have to invest in expensive equipment. Walking briskly for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week is something recommended by most health experts and doctors for general good health and wellbeing. However, if you want to lose weight in 2 weeks then you’ll probably have to do more than just what is recommended for general good health.
Jogging is easy to incorporate in most daily routines. It’s an all round excellent exercise and 30 minutes of jogging can shift those pounds of fat in no time. Skipping too (yes, just like when you were a kid), is one of the most intensive cardiovascular activities you can do. That’s why boxers use it as part of their training. Skipping is ‘high impact’ so you may have to start gently at first and build up your resistance gradually each day.
A combination of the two
This option is probably the most realistic. After all, you still need to cope with your normal lifestyle such as work and family and probably don’t have time to become an expert in nutrition or a super athlete in only 2 weeks. So a combination of eating less and more healthily and getting active at a level that you can manage would be the best way to start. The results you’ll see initially will keep you motivated to keep going and then you can adapt and modify your lifestyle to include even more healthy food and more exercise as you become fitter and increase your resistance levels.
And in the long run …
If you lose weight in 2 weeks but then revert back to exactly what you were doing before then you will probably regain the weight just as easily. If you are overweight now, losing weight and then maintaining your ideal weight should be the long term goal. That requires a permanent lifestyle change in terms of nutrition and commitment to exercising.
